What is Covered
- Pro and Premium monthly subscriptions within 30 days of purchase
- Annual subscriptions within 30 days of purchase
- Accidental duplicate charges
- Cases where technical issues prevented you from accessing the platform
What is Not Covered
- Subscriptions older than 30 days
- Free plan (there is nothing to refund)
- Requests made after you have downloaded or exported significant amounts of content
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@ieltspro.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address and the date of purchase
- We will confirm your refund within 1 business day
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
